"Product didn’t last, and support wasn’t helpful"
I ordered from Zetronix, and for some reason I expected the quality to be a lot better than it was. It seemed okay when I first got it, but it didn’t really feel like something that was going to hold up for long.

After using it for a short time, it started acting weird and became unreliable. For the price, it felt a bit cheap, and I ended up feeling like I didn’t get what I paid for.

I tried contacting support, but that just made the whole situation more frustrating. They weren’t much help, and at this point I wouldn’t buy from them again.

"Warranty repair was okay, I guess??"
The warranty repair got done in the end, but it took a while. Not really sure why it had to take that long?? Overall, it was okay

"I was really not happy with this..."
I was really not happy with this. The video keeps lagging and was blurry most of the time, and the sound had static with the volume being super low even when I turn it all the way up. It just didn’t work good for me.

"Decent for the price, but I had to be patient"
I ordered from Zetronix because the price seemed reasonable. The product works fine, so I can’t really say it was a bad buy, but it also didn’t feel like some amazing deal. Shipping was okay, but definitely not fast, so I kind of had to force myself to be patient while waiting for it to show up. For what I paid, it’s decent, but I was hoping the overall quality would be a little better. Not terrible, just not anything special

"Battery dies way too fast"
I barely get any use out of it before the battery starts dying. I mean, give me a break — I shouldn’t have to charge it constantly just to get through normal use.

"Quick support came through for me"
I had a question about my order, so I reached out to Zetronix support. they got back to me faster than I expected and actually answered my question instead of sending some generic copy-paste reply. My issue was sorted out the same day, which felt like a small win because I didn’t have to keep chasing it. Happy with the help overall...

"Return process was such a headache"
The return and refund process was frustrating. It took way longer than they said it would, and I had to keep sending emails just to get any sort of real update... It felt like they were dragging things out instead of just handling it. Not happy with the experience, and I don’t think I’d order from zetronix.com again.

"Felt brushed off after my camera order was delayed"
I ordered a camera because the site said shipping would take 3–5 days, but it didn’t show up until almost two weeks later. I reached out to support and they took a while to get back to me, and when they did, it felt like my concern wasn’t being taken very seriously. The camera eventually arrived, but the whole experience left me frustrated.
